Veteran Memorial for Major Donald Lee Thurman in Roush Park?

I asked my landlord Brenda Schraedly who oversaw Roush Park, and she said the Shelby Park Board was. I told her it would be nice if they had a Veteran Memorial in the park for Major Donald Lee Thurman. And Brenda said to contact the Shelby Park Board about it. I searched Shelby’s website and found out that you are the President of the Shelby Park Board and in charge of Ward 1 where the park is located. I hope it was okay to contact you this way, because I did not know how to contact you otherwise. Thank you.
