Chromebook Cart Charging Issues

If you believe that one or more chargers on a Chromebook cart are not working, take note of non-functioning chargers and identify them by the number assigned to the charging bay to which they correspond within the cart. If only a small number of chargers are not functioning, it may be a case of damaged chargers. If a large number of chargers are not working, the internal switching system for the cart may need to be reset. In either case, send an email to the IT Helpdesk ([email protected]) with your room number, explaining the issue. If your Chromebook cart is outside your room and commonly located near other such carts, it may be helpful to also attach a sticky note indicating that it is the cart to be investigated.
