Printer Appears Unresponsive

If you are on the right wifi and your printer is showing normally in Papercut, but the printer still will not respond, the printer in question may be paused. Open System Preferences from your Dock or from the Apple icon in the upper left, then go to Printers and Scanners. Find the printer in question; if it is labeled as being paused, double-click it to open its print queue. The print queue window will have a play button icon (▶️) on the upper right; click this to unpause the printer, turning it to a pause button icon (⏸). Take note that if you’ve tried to print the same thing several times, that same print job will appear multiple times in the print queue; before you unpause, you may want to delete extra copies of the same job from the queue.
