Student App Login Issue

If a student is having trouble logging into Google Classroom or similar, you can follow this series of steps to fix the issue.

  1. Go to https://clever.com/in/shelby and log in, specifically as a teacher.
  2. Click on the Help a Student button on the right side of the portal.
  3. Type in the name of the student in question, clicking on them as they come up. If you are asked “did this solve your problem”, select No.
  4. Type in the name of the app with which you are having issues.
  5. When asked if the student can see the app in their portal, click Yes.
  6. Click Set Credentials and type in the full email and password of the student, then click Update.
