Student App Login Issue
If a student is having trouble logging into Google Classroom or similar, you can follow this series of steps to fix the issue.
- Go to https://clever.com/in/shelby and log in, specifically as a teacher.
- Click on the Help a Student button on the right side of the portal.
- Type in the name of the student in question, clicking on them as they come up. If you are asked “did this solve your problem”, select No.
- Type in the name of the app with which you are having issues.
- When asked if the student can see the app in their portal, click Yes.
- Click Set Credentials and type in the full email and password of the student, then click Update.
