Cleverstore Issues
If you attempt to open the Cleverstore on your Clevertouch Board and it asks you for login credentials, please send an email to the IT Helpdesk ([email protected]) with your room number, explaining your issue and including which apps you want to put on your board.
If you attempt to open the Cleverstore and it hangs or freezes, this is a known issue with Cleverstore, and you may need to try again at a later time. However, if this doesn’t resolve itself after a day or so, you may need a firmware update; in this case, email the IT Helpdesk.
